where the average life span is only 40, like in some African countries because of aids epedemic? those kids are real orphans, right?

Many kids offered for international adoption are not truly orphans. There is, in fact, no way to really know if the kid you adopt from overseas is an orphan or if its parents are weeping for it every night. Until some ethics can be applied to it, which may be never, it will always be my opinion that international adoption is wrong.
if you worry about HIV+ kids in Africa, do something to help them there and now. The fact that they may not live long doesn't give them any less value as human beings. I'm guessing you already believe that, but the way you worded your question leaves room for doubt. |

well sure. as long as you are really willing to give the kids all your love and respect.

yes they are, but most country's have kids that need good home too. |

They are not orphans as long as they have another family member to raise them. |

depends on the country and the agency that you go through to get a child some do out of country adoption others don't you'd have to talk to them about it. |
