If you adopt a child through foster care, it is virtually free. These children need homes, and are available for adoption in every city in the country.

It's really easy to foster a child, anyone can do it...even though not ANYone should...
But adopting a baby can cost up to 50k or 60k.

you have to have a squeekey clean criminal record, mental health record, they make you do all these home study's and its a real pain in the but and take such a long time and cost thousands of dollars.
