No. Your parents have to relinquish their parental right. However, if you are not in a safe situation, you can contact CPS (child protective services) and be taken into custody as a foster child. If the courts deem that you cannot be safe in your biological home, the social workers will then start a search for a new adoptive family.
If you feel like you are being abused or neglected, talk to a teacher, minister, police or some other trusted adult right away!

Well if you are abused the system can take you out of that home and try and find you a home. If you are old enough you can emancipate your parents. |

ummm, are you planning too? i think your parents have legal rightsto you unless they assaulted or hurt you. so i don't think so. i'm pretty sure you can't put yourself up for adoption unless your parent agrees. |

I dunno but i know that if your not living with both parents a child can decide what parent they want to live with at the age of 12 and theres nothing either parent can say unless the parent doesnt want them. |

No' thats not possible you can call and the dss lady would come to the house to investigate and see if there is a real problem or not and if they is and if it best in the interest of the child they would remove them and place them where needed. |

No. The only thing they can do it pick the parent they want to live with after they are 12 years old if the parents are divorced... LNS |

if that kid did want to put him or herself up for adoption you'll most likely go to Foster care cause if he's old enough to do that then your too old to be adopted every one wants babies and believe me if life isn't that bad at home don't look into it Foster care is hell |
