Do you want to go? If so, you should. There's no reason it would be inappropriate for you to be there, and you might have fun. Listening to music is nice.
If you don't want to, just politely tell her that you have another commitment that day/time and can't make it.
It's up to you, but there's no reason you shouldn't if you want to. |

yes. you should support them. when i was in choir and my mom didnt come to practices and performances it devestated me (i'm an only child and my mother was a single parent, so it meant a lot to me when my mother made an effort to come to support me in everything i did). You should be there just to be there, but if you truly dont want to go after trying it a time or two, then dont go, but let them know why so they can understand where youre coming from. |
