My son just found out his ex girlfriend had a baby on Dec 20, 2011. She gave the baby up for adoption but was told she had 6 mos to change her mind. Which she has. My son was unaware of any of this. The adoption agency contacted him on face book requesting his address about two weeks ago. Yesturday, we received fedex papers requesting he sign relinquish any parental rights. Thats how he/we found out. He'd never do that. We contacted the adoptin agency & they tried to intimidate & threaten him & told him to get a lawyer. He called his ex-girlfriend & she said the baby's in BOS we're in AZ she's in NV, She asked, DON'T sign the papers. She is trying to get him back & was told that she could have him may be by March. What should we do? My son wants his baby & wants to be a good father. Do we have a chance to get this baby back to his birth parents? She will be 17 in July and my son just turned 19 and is a senior in High school . Please help!
