Ask these people:
Ohio Department of Health
Vital Statistics

Columbus, Ohio 43216-0118

Definitely follow Heather's suggestion.
Also, you can go here http://adopteerights.net/nulliusfilius/?page_id=78 to read more about information that is available. If your grandmother has passed away, you are entitled to receive non-identifying information. It won't give you a name, but it often yields clues.
I would also suggest that you sign up with the International Soundex Reunion Registry at http://isrr.net. It is the largest reunion registry in the world.
People have started out with little or nothing and been able to achieve reunion. I did, as did many others I know. Do not be dismayed by those who say you have to have a name at the offset of search.
Good luck to you! |

if you knew the name that would make all the diffrence, and depending on how old said person is i find searching on myspace the best way...you could always hire a private investigator or talk to the adoption agency who she gave the kid to |
