We found out that me and my girlfriend are 3 weeks+ pregnant. we talked about options to abort it and then we gre to the idea that we should have it. we told my family and they were over the moon and then the next day she turned to me crying and asked me to help her to get an abortion. I started crying and said I couldnt do it because I would be letting down my family and I talked her down. now a week on I am scarred and I actually came to the conclusion that I dont want to have it yet, I live with my parents and she lives with her cousin. I dont think we are ready. Will I tell her straight? or what shall I do?? am I just scarred? is having a baby the greatest as everyone says?? I have a permanant job and money is no problem but this wasnt in our plans yet, maybe in 2 years or 3 we would defiantely be ready. PLEASE HELP ME!

hi! Just don't think of the abortion. I mean you are just afraid coz it is your first born. Since you have just said that you have job, or money isn't a problem, i think a little angel wont be a big a problem at all. You will be having seeing your flesh and blood soon and you will forget everything that worries you now. Besides, grandchildren are the joy of our parents, you are making them happy too. When you see that baby after 8 months.. i am 100 percent sure, that you won't be as worried as you are now.. think about 10 years from now, you already have a 10 year old kid, whom you can play with, and talk to. it is really a nice feeling, trust me, ive been in your shoes before.. if you abort it, you will keep on wondering and wondering.. and lots of What ifs.. May you choose well..
