And a stable job as a wedding and events planner.
I Do Not Plan To AT ANY TIME Get Married...
I have stability and I was raised with 7 siblings so I know how to take care of a child....I am 18...am I able to adopt a child? either nationally or internationally?
Additional Details
I posted that up because when I asked last time every one right away started telling me no because I wasnt financialy stable...and I would love the child....

The federal government says you have to be at least 21 to adopt in any of the continental US, alaska, hawaii. And 25 to adopt in us territories, and internationally.

No, you are too young to adopt. You are only just not a child yourself. Get some more life experience and financial STABILITY (no, having a current job does not count) and then consider it. |

Okay, here is the deal
I am going to tell you what the best process is...
20's are for dating, travel, saving your money, enjoying running around meeting new people, learning about yourself and life as an adult
Late 20's are for engagements and planning a future w/ someone
30's are for marriage, having babies and building a family/a loving home
In that order
You have your entire life in front of you and you really should think about the child your adopting is being put up for adoption by a young person who wants more for their child and you are basically taking that away from that child as well as that mother who wanted a stable loving home w/ two parents not another single young adult mother
I am adopted and let me just say it is not an easy life knowing you were abandoned from the start ~ I love my mommy for giving me two loving parents but I still have issues that need counseling |
