okay so im an american citizen married and my husband dosent have his greencard he has a Visa only from Mexico and we are going to adopt a baby from Mexico When we adopt is the baby like automatically American Citizen cause of me or how is this going to work ?????

Yes, your child would become an American citizen through your citizenship. According to the Child Citizenship Act of 2000, a child born abroad to one American citizen or an adopted child from abroad with an American parent is automatically a citizen provided that the adoptee is under 18 years of age, resides in the US and the parent with citizenship has custody of said child. For this your son or daughter will be first recognized as your child through the law of immigration, something that you need to do to bring the child into the country as his/her parent anyway. Ask the adoption agency or your lawyer if you have doubts about this. Good luck!
