Question Regarding a CO adoption Commercial ?

I just saw a commercial today that was one of the funniest commercials I have seen in a long time. I wanted to share it with someone but I don't know how to find it. At the end of the commercial it was advertising Adoption in CO. It had a woman that was Vacuuming and her kids came down saying they couldn't find their hamster and than you hear the vacuum get it and it ended with something about not having to be a perfect parent to adopt. Has anyone else seen this and know where I can find it online so I can share it???

I am new to this so I don't know how to reply to your response but I don't recall what kind of adoption it was referring to, it was just encouraging adoption. I looked on You Tube but I am not finding anything :(

This ad is part of the public service announcements for this month which is National Adoption Awareness Month. There are 130,000 waiting in Foster Care there are several in the "You don't have to be perfect to be a Perfect Parent" campaign and they are all hysterical!

It's for foster-adoption and yes, I saw one where there was a birthday party for two teenagers and the daughter opens up the package to find some gaudy hand-knitted sweater. Flash to the foster/adoptive parents and the mother is wearing a similar sweater and she smiles and says something to the effect of "I saw how much you loved my sweater, so I made you one." The caption was about how there are many children in foster care who would love to put up with you.

I love those commercials ! They are the best !! They are advertising adoption/foster care saying you don't have to be a perfect parent, just someone who will love the kids, etc.
There's another one where the father is sitting with the son on the couch, he's snoring away and the song "You are so beautiful" is the background for the commercial. The kid just looks at his father and his eyes smile... its adorable. A great way to advertise adoption, that's for sure. |
