their adopters stole them with the social wreckers?
if your not a real mom then don't answer. that means adopters. Additional Details Are you saying that adoptive parents somehow stole a child with the help of social workers?
yup. someone's got a clue.

Within the legality of the law YES!
I would give him/her age appropriate information.
I wouldn't do anything to traumatize him/her but I would let him/her get to know me and see that what he/she is being fed by the kidnappers and social workers is b/s. Kids are smart and they can put 2&2 together. |

Can I just ask you, what's so great about your kids that the social worker targeted them for theft and re-sale?
What made that particular social worker look at you, an upstanding member of society, and fantastic parent and say to themselves "Yep, I'm stealing those kids."?
I was raised by a single mother, on welfare, in government housing and was never once taken from my mother.
My mother obeyed the law, and did what she had to do to keep her kids.
What exactly, drew this down upon you?
Seriously, I'm curious. |

I am not an adopter but you know what you need to get some counseling. You obviously have some serious issues. |

They probably took your kid away because you are PSYCHOTIC. Thank god for the child's sake. |

I don't know. I have 3 adopted children and 3 'real' kids. My kids all live with me because I've done nothing to hurt them. |

Well, if you were the "adopter" by all means I would go "steal my child" back.
Maybe if CPS took your kid you should be a little more focused on trying to get your act together so you can get them back rather than hanging out on Yahoo! Answers? I don't know, it's just a thought.
(BTW..,anyone who thinks the only Canadian user around here is a flying monkey might want to try THINKING before they type. Obviously there are TONS of members from Canada...DUH) |

Your own mother was jealous of you and called CPS?
Whoa!
And they stripped you of your parental rights? Immediately? or did they give you a plan to work out? How long did it take them to strip your rights?
What did your mother say? |

My adopted daughter is my REAL daughter. When she is sick, I am the one who takes care of her. I am the one rocking her at 2 am when she has a 102 fever. I am the one who got the ball rolling to have her diagnosed and treated for developmental delays. That includes sitting with her for 3 days in a hospital with EEG wires all over her head.
Her first mother was unable to do these things BY HER OWN ADMISSION. SHE aproached me and ASKED me to adopt her child.
Her first mother is mildy mentally retarded and TRIED to raise her, but when the stress got too bad, she put her 8 mo/old infant in a crib and walked out the door leaving her alone for 3 hours.
I know for a FACT that when CPS takes a child there is ALWAYS a case plan. If you work your case plan then you get your kids back.
Most case plans include passing random drug tests, keeping a clean house and letting CPS come inspect that house, taking parenting clases and going to counseling both as an individual and with your child/ren if they are old enough.
If your parental rights were terminated that means that CPS tried working with you, usually for a year, and you do NOT do what your case plan called for. |

I've been sitting here pinching myself and it hurts. So I'm pretty sure I'm real. So is my child, I don't need to pinch her to figure that out. Neither of us are make believe. |

I will answer, if only to get the free two points.
My children were not stolen. They were legitimately taken away from their First parents who beat them, neglected them, and did not feed them. The social workers tried to help the family, but they could not get it together.
What sir, would you have suggested the next option be? Should they have been returned to the abusive parents?
We adopted them, we are good adoptive parents, and our children are happy. They are my "real" children, they are their First parents "real children". They have two sets of parents, this is a reality, but to negate my role as their mother, is to insult my children.
Shame on your sir, shame on you. |

My parents didnt steal me, they were approached by my bio parents about adopting us, as my bio parents were not stable at the time. And never were.
Seriously, i think you have some issues that arent apparent online. |

Your question is unclear. I don't know what you mean by social wreckers. Are you saying that adoptive parents somehow stole a child with the help of social workers? Please be more clear. |

If your attitude was that bad with the social worker, and your former child, no wonder they took your child.
By LAW, social workers must work very much with the parents. Reunification is a must according to the system, except in the cases of extreme abuse, or if the parent doesn't work with the program. It's a shame false accusations are out there, however, that's the reason that before a child is taken, there are several steps in the process, including judges, social workers, supervisers, CASA, attorney ad-litems, and more.
Your mother might have started the processe, but chances are, you were doing something wrong, and even if it wasn't that bad, there were some excellent lessons involved to keep it from getting that bad. If you say there wasn't a chance to get your child back, then I'm calling you a liar, or at least too lazy to do what you're supposed to follow through with, unless you're not in the United States. Even though it's a pain in the shorts to go through the counseling, the meetings, and it's heartbreaking to see the emotional turmoil that a child goes through when they've been wrongly taken, it's worth every kissing a social worker's backside to get your child back. Humiliating, but the end result here. |

Two of my three children were adopted. They are all my "real children" and none of them were stolen from anyone regardless of your outlook. "Now say something". |

From the way your acting on here it seems like the social worker did your child a favor by taking him.
Social workers and adoptive parents are not 'thieves' and they didn't 'steal' other peoples children.
If the bio parents were able to care for their children then they never would have been taken (or given up) for adoption.
Perhaps you should have done more to keep your son if you cared so much.
No, adopted children aren't bio children. We all know that. They are still your "real" kids - blood or no blood.
Get off your high horse, your drugs, alcohol, whatever and get into anger management then get your life on track and try to get your kid back before it's to late (if it's not already). |

Not right now. He is far too young and I don't know the whole story behind my son's adoption. Perhaps someday, when he is older and I have all of the facts I will tell him what really happened but 14 is hard enough without all that sh*t flying at you.
Oh and IV? I'm just me, one account, one person. Is it so hard for you to believe that this type of thing happens often? Get your head out of the stink hole and see reality! |

That poor child is so much better off with other people, you are obviously an unbalance individual with some serious emotional problems. They took your child for his sake...it's about his best interest, not yours. |

Maybe you should seek out the help of a professional, and a lawyer, for that matter, and prove that you love your son enough to change whatever it is they have reported to the authorities makes you unfit.
I'm sorry that, for whatever reason, you feel you were slighted by the system, but you can set it right by working within it, not by lashing out at your child by seeking him out in this manner. |

I felt that way at times, but would have never said that to my daughter. Kids have enough to deal with without burdening them unnecessarily. Ask for a case plan, and do it! The last thing you would EVER want to do is go into the DFCS office and show your a$$- then your life will be hell trying to get your child back. Remain calm in all situations and act like an adult- all you are doing when you act irresponsibly is give them more reasons to keep you from your child.
PS_ I am her biological mother and she was taken from me, but we are back together now for 3 years- it can be done- don't give up! Your child needs YOU- not some stranger |

This is EXACTLY why original birth certificates are not given except in a few states. There are a lot of crazies out there. It is my guess that OBC's will be UNAVAILABLE in those 6 states sooner than they will be AVAILABLE in the other 44. Crazy people doing crazy things will be reason enough to repeal laws to protect the Innocent. |
