im wanting to be adopted.....plz dont ask about the parents too painful to think about...ne ways...im lookn for a nice family....to adopt me...or atealst online if not in real life!!...thanks for reading

I work in the Social Service field and I have two girls that are in the process of adoption. They also have a painful family situation. I've worked with over dozens of children in painful family history situations. If you are serious about this, are you in foster care?
Before anyone can adopt you, you have to be in the state's custody or have your parent's permission or rights signed over. The process isn't quick nor easy. What I would suggest first is that you need to talk to someone if you haven't already in the your states department of children services. Call them and let them know what is going on, I am not sure what state you are in and every state runs a bit differently. Once you talk to a case worker remember they are there to HELP you and not hurt you. Their decisions are based on what is the best for the children and their parents. The department I work with anyway believes that. If there is anything else that I can help you with please ask me. I will try my best to help you. Know that there are good families out there that want to have children of all ages, so don't feel like you aren't good enough or feel rejected. God has place for you if you ask and seek.

I agree 100% with saved_astronaut!!! you didn't really give us enough information to acurately help you... are you in foster care? are you adoptable? or are you still living with biological parents? each situation calls for different steps... so since i don't know where you are right now, my advise is pray only Jesus Christ can heal your broken soul |

First I am willing to talk any time you want I am in the social worker field and work wit at risk juveniles everyday I wish I could take each one home with me...But Id loose my job. I do mentor with some of the girls after they leave and would like to help any way I could. How old are you? My husband and I are currently in the processes of adoption though an agency. I want to tell you that I'm 39 years old with have lots of issues with my father and the way I was raised but have learned over the years you can't change the past. Just make a better future for yourself by helping other overcome the same difficulties.
