My husband and i would love to adopt a baby, but we cannot afford it, we cannot have kids and as emotional as it is, we have so much love to offer. This would be our first child...So if anyone can kindly give some tips or advice that we may have overlooked we would be grateful..

foster to adopt. Those are the kids that are really in need of a home. |

Adopting from foster care is nearly free and you will know that you are providing a home for a child who really needs one.
Please be very careful on the internet - there are lots of scammers who will take advantage of your emotional state. |

Are you interested in becoming foster parents? That way you can have kiddos (age chosen by you) running around the home, and the possibility of adoption could come along. Have you checked with your local Social Services office? Their adoptions are near-free and totally rewarding :) |

Foster care.
Plenty of kids are looking for a family. Of course you want a baby, babies are easy. If you have this much love to give, give it to a child that so desperately needs it, but has less of a chance in getting adopted. |

Other people's children do not exist to fulfill your wishes. Adopting through foster care is free or very low cost, but most of these children are not babies, and they do not have the emotional resources to fill that hole within yourself that infertility has left. You have experienced a great loss with your infertility. Allow yourself to grieve first. If you ever come to a place within yourself where you would like to provide a home to a child in need, look into foster care or foster adoption. |

We are foster parents, and have adopted three of our foster children. All our adoptions cost less than $500, our last one just $200, and we will get that back!
Here is a link to some articles I have written about foster/adoption. Just scroll down the page to find the ones you think would interest you:

Apparently you've overlooked adopting children from foster care.
There are thousands of children in every state in foster care that need homes. They range in age from 1 - 18 years; average age is 8 - 10. Most will spend at least 2 - 5 years in foster care before being adopted permanently.
Foster care adoption is $0 - $2,500
There are background checks and physicals that need to be paid for, but those costs are minimal ($80 & $60 usually). The only real expense is the lawyer fee for the court costs of adoption/ final paperwork. Some of these fees are waived by different states or counties others you only pay part of. |

Foster care is a good place to start, if you want to try that. It's free. |

You could become a foster to adopt parent. You could take in foster kids and when they can be adopted than you can adopt them. |

you could foster, loads of babies need people to be parents to them, this would make their life worth wile. You could long term foster a baby then adopt it if the costs were there when it is a bit older.
good luck. |
