my adoptive mom was very involved in her childrens lives(including me) and always disiplined us when we needed it.
My bio mom, however, let her daugher run wild, never made her go to school, never did muc of anything to be honest.
My a mom did not drink. My b mom did. the list goes on. |

Seriously, they are POLAR opposites.
They have completely different personalities, interests--everything
Oh, neither drink alcohol--that's the only similarity. |

Hmm.
I can only think of a couple similarities; they were both around 5 foot 4, and they both had blonde hair.

Where to begin!
My natural mom was a smart and driven woman who earned a Doctorate in psychology. My adoptive mom was a lazy idiot who barely finished high school.
My natural mom married my natural dad after college...they are still married today and have a stellar relationship, built on trust, respect, passion, and love. My adoptive mom divorced my adoptive dad when I was 7 because she couldn't keep her pants up past her ankles and went on to have a string of short-lived flings with loser men. What a way to grow up, eh? Nice role model.
My natural mom is into healthy living, natural remedies, herbal cures, etc. etc. She doesn't smoke, drink, use drugs, or even drink caffiene as far as I know. My adoptive mom drinks like a fish and smokes 3 packs a day, used to shoot up with her boyfriends when she thought I was sleeping, takes prescription medications for stuff she doesn't need a prescription for (if you get my meaning), is a total unhealthy, drug abusing mess.
My natural mom wanted me but made a choice that she thought would be for the best for my future. My adoptive mom never really wanted me but adopted me because she thought it would save her marriage.
My natural mom is a success in almost every way, my adoptive mom is a complete failure of a human being. |
