Unfortunately, there are no age limit restrictions of any kind on placing a child for adoption.
In fact, some minors are even hidden from their own families in "Unwed Mothers/Maternity" homes until they have been "able" to relinquish their rights without familial interference. For example the Stephanie & Evelyn Bennett situation.
Placing a child for adoption is the ONLY legal contract that a minor can enter into without their parent or guardian's approval. |

At any age you can give a child up for adoption. However, the younger the child is (under 5 years), the easier it is to place it with another family and perhaps also easier for the child to adjust.
If the parents are thinking about giving the child up, please have them contact the state or other resources for help first. Sometimes people just need some help through the rough times. But, if both the parents are sure, they might want to think of the family, friends, the State, or Agencies. |

There is no age limit to place a baby for adoption. As long as both biolgoical parents agree to it, their ages are irrelevant. |

There is no age limit. You could be 10 and give birth and give your child up for adoption. And you can adopt out a child regardless of the childs age. |

I agree that there is no age limit! Be very careful that what you do is on the up and up. If you take any money or gifts in exchange for your child you can be arrested and face prison time! |

there's no age limit for putting a child in an adopting home but be sure you really want to put the baby up for adoption first and if you do i would give it up after a weak |
