Depends really on the agency or "venue".....
In state foster care/adoption:
Some public agency/state social services are not 'specialized". That means that one worker may be the same worker who picks the child up, works the case with the n/parents for reunification and if that fails they also work the adoption end. They may be called a caswe worker or a child welfare specialist.....
States that have separate units have workers for each phase of the process and in that case they may be adoption specialist or coordinator. |
