I think it's a really hard time for some parents and children between the ages of 11 and 19. There just seems to be a lot of tension. Some women are more attentive parents when they don't have a man. I assume her husband is not your father. This adds extra pressure as it is difficult to maintain balance between husband and child. Not all families blend, some have to have clear allotted times and spaces. I'm sure she loves you in her own way, maybe it could be better, but I'm sure it could be worse. Rarely can two women live under the same roof. Once a daughter starts becoming independent it seems that they clash. They can love, be friends, be close, just not under the same roof. Depending on your age, I would either ride it out until you can get out, or start looking for a job or a college away from home.

I don't know how old you are now, but even at the age of 12 you should have a better command of the language. I am not attacking you personally but it is apparent that, wherever you are, the educational system is sorely lacking.

Maybe you could arrange to move in with extended family where the educational system is better, and they could help tutor you. That way you might have a chance to at least start college or other higher educational training a few days/nights per week until your child is older or your situation changes. It is not going to change without a decent education - at least high school.

I suggest you get yourself to your local Family Services office and discuss this whole problem with them. They might have some ideas or even solutions for you. I wish you well.

Deal with it, at least your mom said she'd rather you had been adopted out its better than what i had to live with, my mom had the nerve to tell me she never wanted me and now that i'm older my dads finally revealed that my mom threatened on more than one occasion to kill me.

I am so sorry to hear that. That must be hard...

Are you a member of a church? If not, if you are able to find one you feel comfortable with and regularly attend as well as read The Bible at least a few minutes a day, plus pray, you'll be doing the best thing you can do. Think long-term. It will all work out in the end.

God bless you, my child.

Do her a favor and put yourself up for adoption.

If I were you, I would just stay away from her for a while.
Try to get out of the house, or away from your mother as often as possible, until she stops yelling at you and treating you bad. Do things that don't require money if you don't have a job, like spend the night at a friend's house.
Give her time. She might turn around, but I wouldn't bet your life on it if she's been like that since you were twelve.. And if she doesn't stop acting that way, then leave when you can.
I'm sure you have your own qualities that make you special, and if she can't see that, then it's not worth your time. You shouldn't have to deal with that.

I'll pray for you, good luck.

tell her to do it.
you don't desurve that.
tell her she shoulda kept her legs shut in the first place.
