Whats wrong with gay adoption?

Since your looking for negative

The whole kids will be teased thing.
A child needs the input of both male and female roll models.
You may run into insurance problems for medical needs.
They will grow up being gay.
Your red neck neighbor will never be nice to them.
Constant explanations on paperwork where listing mother and father.
The grand children will be confused.
They'll have better fashion sense than most kids.

none of which I honestly believe. Maybe the fashion sense, and maybe maybe the redneck neighbor.

Nothing as far as I'm personally concerned however a few special interest groups and State populations feel different. Seems pretty closed minded and a double standard for a country that is soon to have a person of colour as President.

I don't see a problem with it but some people believe that a child needs a mother and father. But as far as I'm concerned if they take good care of and love the child it doesn't matter.

Just read your additional comments, so you want to be talked out of believing its ok. Most people would say in the bible it's wrong. That a child need both a female and male role Model in their life not two female or two male. It would teach the child the wrong facts of life, would make them think that it is normal to be gay.
That's all I can think of hope it helps but for the record I am all for gay adoption.

The child will grow up thinking that the "life partners" lifestyle is acceptable. Unfortunately, it might be acceptable in the USA some day, it will never be acceptable to God.

Odviously, if you believe in the idea of "life partners" then we differ vastly on our core beliefs/lifestyles/opinions. I would share more but in the end we are likely too far off to begin with to have any sort of productive discussion in this matter.

I dont see anything wrong with it as long and the child has everything it needs, If its a female child someone would have to be prepared to cope with female tings. I say good luck x

Every child should be entitled to a mother and father. This child will be teased the rest of his life if he has 2 fathers.

What about a single guy? Would married and gay couples discrimate against responsible single people. They already do when it comes to taxes. Responible people know that a child is still better off with a family. While the definition of a family is changing, lets face it, the biigger the better. The more brothers and sisters, more uncle and aunts, the happier a person is. If you adopt one, adopt two or surround the person with a large social network. There are a lot of happy people that were only childs, but would they be even happier if they had sibblings.

for one my God isnt in that un healthy relationship and its more easier for a child to say meet my mother and her husband as to meet my dad and his boyfriend kids should be given a fair chance at knowing what family values are all about and alot of kids committ suicide when they parents are gay or on drugs we need our kids to live normal healthy lives with a mother and father

it's not about who people sleep with. i really don't care. i spent 15 years living in a hugely gay populated area. makes no difference to me.

what i take issue with is adoption itself. i hate it and i wish it woould be abolished.
