I just read about Conor Grennan and I think this guy deserves a medal! With human trafficking at the highest rates in history, I often wonder why more people aren't aware of it.
I found this gentleman's actions to be incredibly noble and wondered, "Here is a guy who actually finds lost families in NEPAL; and in America we have trouble "finding" relative placements for foster children...what gives?"
Any thoughts?

Awesomesauce. It took social services months to track down my godparents after my mother died, and they were listed on my mother's will and were easily contactable!
Just shows you how broken our system is that a guy who doesn't even have all the technology available to social services can do a better job as a foreigner in a strange country than the system of the so-called most civilised country in the world can do.

my thoughts:
i need to show this to m selfish cousin who studied abroad in nepal, then went on to steal two kids from other countries.
and yes...she DID steal them. she paid cash for each one and then closed both "open" adoptions and disappeared with the kids in the sense of cutting off all contact with the first families. |
