I thought it was wonderfully, darkly funny. My favorite bit was this:

Makes you think. I loved this line: “Our children were stolen! Can’t they do something to get them back?” wailed one adoption worker'
That summed it up for me. When first parents change their minds and want their babies back, they get shoved off by the adoption agencies and AP's, and the fparents say the same exact thing until they're blue in the face. I think that if this is in bad taste, then it's pretty obvious that adoption needs to change. You don't see people making that much of a ruccus when first mom's and dad's change their minds and want their own flesh and blood back from PAP's...everyone just ignores them. So, why would anyone think anything of something like this?
When I first started reading this blog, I thought it was a real news article, and I was cheering on the "birthmom's". Make those adoption agencies think twice! (Maybe this ought to be copied and pasted into a letter, and sent to every adoption agency in the USA, just to get them to think.) |

I think it sounds fishy and I can't find a corroborating story anywhere else. If something like this DID happen, I think it would be all over the mainstream news.
ETA: Ah, my bad. That's what I get for skimming while being distracted. In that case, I think it's in bad taste. |

When I first starting read it I thought it was just crazy, after all something like this would have made Nancy Grace.
Its not the same thing as someone placing a child for adoption and someone kidnapping them off the streets.
Very poor taste. |
