what to do

I was forced to give my child away when I was 18 years old. When I was emotionally and finacialy secure I began my search, this was 10 years later. It proved to much more difficult than i had imagined. Due to the fact that I had not given the correct information to the hospital. They never ask me for any identification. I hired a lawyer that was specialized in this situation. For one year we tried to get my medical records from the hospital. Unbeknown to me my sisters to whom I had no contact with for 2 years had located my daughter. They all met in St Augustine for a fun week. A year later when I got back in touch with my sisters they told me she has been apart of their life. How to handle this. They told her things about my past that should have not been told.
