i want to know more about tatkal passport.
suppose if i apply for tatkal pp, and other person did all the work for me (like, whatever be the procedure for tatkal pp),he should only collect it without my presence anywhere, is it possible.

Tatkal application for the passport will process within 7 to 10 days after submission of the form and acknowledge with original certificates. In the ordinary case, it takes 20-30 days. Actually without your presence in passport office, you are not able to apply and collect the passport. Your presence is must on apply and collection.
