Advice about my Brazilian girlfriend visiting UK?

We have been with each other for over 2 years we met originally in USA both on vacation. I am a fully British
I have been to Brasil 3 times already.

In January 09 I will go to Brasil for 3 weeks
When I come back she will come with me to England for just over 3 weeks.
Then we will go back to Brasil for another 3 weeks. Until I return alone :/

In her time in UK we want to go to France for a day or two.
Will she need any visas to get here or to go to France?
Where will she get the visa's, how long to get before... etc

Any help will be very welcome.

A Brazilian citizen does not need a visa to travel to the United Kingdom.
