Probably not, but call the Embassy to make sure. That is one of their purposes for existing. Take advantage of it.

We only need a passport from the US. I did call before traveling just to make sure though. Only takes 5 minutes.

no as an UK citizen you do not need a visa
No Visa Required for the following countries
No visas are required for holiday and business visits by citizens of the following countries unless applicants have been specifically advised that their visa exemption has been withdrawn

as for the yellow fever
if you are going to theses countries ? you will need a certificate
Yellow fever certificate
if the applicant will be traveling, intends to travel or traveled from or through the yellow fever endemic area :
