Hi, I just want to known that whether i am Eligible for H1 or not. Let me tell you about my Education back ground and all the details.

I have Completed my 10th, after that i have done my Graduation B.com from Open university in Distance Education. I have 2 years gap between my 10th & Graduation. Presently i am working in Computer networking related field where i have 6 years of Experience. (But my Graduation is B.Com which is Commerece- am working in to Computer Hardware & Networking field). Please let me know wheteher i am Eligible or Not. And also if some body sponsered Job for me is it Easy to Get Visa with this Background.

You must have a real diploma from a real college. We know which ones are the diploma mills.

The eligibility for this visa is not your educational credentials alone BUT the willingness of a US company to sponsor you after having proved that you possess qualifications that is not readily available locally. The real question is whether your educational qualifications will be sufficient to make you marketable to US companies. You will know the answer when you try to apply. Good luck.

LOL good luck with that one. No, your degree has to be in a tech field and from a valid university, not an online diploma printing factory.
