An american's will are: a house that is indeed in the US, his goods and bank account. He wants to pass them on an unemployed mexican who hasn't neither a visa, with only a few remaining days of life the american assures that if these goods don't pass on the one mexican and family then the goods won't be for nobody, what are the proceedings the mexican to claim his heritage? what does the american person needs legally to do?
if the american is paralizing and living alone and can't walk? and only begs the mexican to do all of the work?
they know each other more than 30 years ago though are not relatives
if the mexican feels bad for not being immediatly and necesaryly able to see him to say good bye as the american very much wishes and the american writes a letter for the embassy to confirm this wish, and the mexican untersign by swearing not to stay in the US could the mexican get the visa? what are the probabilities?

1. The American needs to make his wishes known in his Will.
2. The American needs to appoint an Executor, such as an attorney, to probate the Will.
3, The Executor will dispose of everything and send the proceeds to the Mexican in Mexico.
4. The Mexican will not get any kind of visa.

Low. Inheritance to aliens is not a common reason for entrance visa.
And I bet that inheritance taxes will take most of the material posessions from the poor mexican, anyway, plus the mexican's low probability of employment in the US means he probably will not be able to afford the house after the American passes on.
His best bet would be to liquidate all assets and buy a home that he can afford the payments + property taxes. |

After the Mexican received all these cash, he can then apply as an investor (if the funds are enough) and hopefully get a visa. Or he could just use this and apply elsewhere or put up his own business in Mexico.** |

The estate has to go through Probate Court. If the proceeds of the estate are to go to a Mexican citizen, the Mexican citizen will have to be in Mexico and the court will arrange for the funds to be transferred to him there. He does not need and cannot get a visa. |
