Eto ang basic requirements ng K-1 o fiancee visa: 1. Both of you should be legally capable of getting married 2. Your petitioner must be a US Citizen and has the financial capacity to support a spouse ( or you can get a sponsor if his income is not enough) 3. You should have a valid passport At least more than a year valid the time you file the fiance visa. An NSO copy of your birth certificate. If you and your fiance has previous marriages, a divorce final decree and death certificate in NSO copy is needed. You need Police certificates in all places you lived since you became 16 years of age. NBI clearances in all names you've use. Affidavit of support from your fiance.
