Anyone please, what is the procedures for authentication of NBI to the spanish embassy?

how long will it take to have my NBI authenticated by the spanish embassy and how much is the cost?

The embassies don't usually do Authentications and Apostilles. It usually goes with home country Foreign Affairs department otherwise each embassy would need to have a section for the documents (far more convienent this way).

Originals only will be accepted. Photocopies will not be Authenticated as they are not original documents.

Time wise it depends on the country that is doing it. In Australia it takes 3 working days in order to aquire an Authentication (this can take a bit longer if the signature is not on the database eg if it was a policeman's signature or a attorney's unlike common ones such as the ones on the citizenship papers). It costs $60 AUD (which is about $55 US).
