Appeal procedure for UK WHVM?

I have applied for UK WHVM (Working Holiday Visa Maker) in November 2008 and i got rejected letter with in 1 week.
They have asked me to appeal with the points which were not clear to them in my application letter. I have sent the appeal form to Chennai in November 2008 last week. Till now i haven't heard from them.
Any idea how to follow it up with the Visa people for appeal, any telephone no or e-mail address or web-site to check application No. status??
What is the appeal procedure and how long would it take in Chennai, India?
What are the chances % that Visa would be approved in appeal process once rejected initially.
I am a Graduate and working for MNC Call Centre in India from last 3 years. Un-Married, Kindly help, your help is appreicated.

Unfortunately there is no real appeal proceedure.
You will be very unlikely to obtain a visa unless you can show a valid reason to return to India under the conditions of a visa on a further application.
Given the current economic climate in the UK you are not likely to be successful in a further application as they are likely to refuse on technicalities,.but good luck anyway
