In General You should get it within 45 days of the police verification,
Please check the status of your passport here

and also please, dont post your passport request file no. on such public sites.. as well i request you to visit the police station where your passport was sent for verification, and talk to the passport departments officer there and do a good follow up on it.. (pay if required [bribe])
and if the police say its been sent to the CID or CB office please visit the same and go to the passport department there and check your status there..
finally if all that fails directly meet a PRO at your PASSPORT OFFICE

passport is normally issued within 45 days or at the most two months if all thepapers are OK and police enquiry is over..In your case did the police complete their enquiry?. You can dial helpline at RPO and give them your file number so that they will tell you the poistion.
