Apply Visa to China in China Embassy of S'pore as visitor from Malaysia?

Hi, I am Malaysian. I would like to ask if i am allowed to make my Tourist Visa to China in China Embassy of Singapore as a visitor in Singapore?

Let 's say i am travelling to China on 1 July 2008, departing from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, would i be able to apply the Visa under this situation? How long validity of the Visa will be given from the issued date if i can apply in this month June?

Hi. Thanks for nicksname's reply. Ya. I am Malaysian citizen. A new visa rules has been imposed for visa application in Malaysia due to Beijing Olympics. The validity for Visa to China if one were to apply in May is 30 days, and the worst if one were to apply in June is just 9days. If i were to enter to China on 4th July, that means i can only apply for visa on 26,27 June.

in reality, you do not ask for a visa to another country if you are a visitor in that country,
that is usually the rule, now? you may try it? but i do not know if you would get results this way?

you may apply in singapore keep in mind china visas have changed on the last 30 days no more 60 90 or longer visas and so is the cost
