I have visitor's US visa and it's valid until 2009 Feb. Can I apply for another visitor's visa now because I want to travel there in March or April. Or should I have to wait until my first visa to expire? Then apply for my second?

It depends on the Consulate where you will apply for visa.Some are busy that it takes 3 months or so to get an appointment.Once you know how soon you can set up an appointment then you would be able to estimate the date just in time for your travel in March or April.

You will need to apply for a new visa immediately, so ensure that you have enough processing time to obtain a valid visa prior to March or April.
