NO.

Canadians may not actually require a visa to work here, but they do need employment authorization just like any other alien worker. Canadians are subject to the same laws as any other alien, except we do cut them some slack in requiring a visa.

The TN is not a visa. It it an employment authorization.

No, in any country, you just can stay like tourist 3 months, for be more time you will need a special permiss or visa for work.

Under current enforcement policies, any foreigner can do whatever he wants in the USA. Only Americans have to obey the laws.
