Yes but it's next to impossible.

First of all there is no US embassy in Iran ,hence, you will need to travel to another country where there is a US Embassy.

Second, even you travel to a different country, you'll most likely get denied because you are not a resident of that country. If you live abroad, you have a chance.

Third, Iranian citizens are subject to special security screening requirements which can take months.

Forth, you'll need to meet the non-immigrant visa requirements which are very stringent.
