Are there any sure ways to get a tourist visa to the U.S.A if you are a Brazilian citizen?

Im currently visiting brazil on a tourist visa. my girlfriend wants to come back to the U.S and visit me as a tourist.
We heard the visa interview process in Brazil takes only 5 minutes and almost everyone is denied. Are there any right or wrong answers we should be aware of? thanks!

She can travel with a passport cant she? I guess she could be wealthy or have a business reason for traveling.
