getting a visa is up to the counsler discretion, even if you meet all requirements if he feels no visa that means he or she will exercise that discretion and reject the application. YOU CAN NOT SUE, SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Hahahah no. If you read the fine print on the application, you have your answer. UK student visas are easy to get, you must have failed to provide the necessary documents, or was unable to show that you will leave after your studies.

No , you may not sue a Government pour visa refusal .......
do not waist your time , for you have no grounds ,a visa is in an # invitation # to stay/reside for a while , it is not due to anyone by any country .......for each country has the right to accept or refuse entry to anyone ,
it would be safer to try an appeal within the law of the country where you are trying to reside or study ,make an appeal within the legal system of the UK

must be american. wants to sue. how about maybe an appeals process. sue would not get you a visa and most likely no money. then you must ask yourself on what grounds was i denied. more than likely the reason is legtimate and you may just have to accept the result, like it or not.
