if a person (60+) with british nationality wants to take his childrens and grand childrens to uk then what he will have to do.

The parents or guardian of the children must take them to get their passports and to the British embassy to obtain visas to enter the UK. I do not really think there is anything you can do to accomplish these things beyond offer the invitation. All else is up to the parents.
