I would be very surprised if pregnancy alone would result in cancellation of your visa, if your husband continues to work and is able to support the two of you. You might even qualify for maternity leave, but probably not. What arrangements would you make for child care so you could return to your job? |

That temporary work visa can be cancelled at any time for any reason. In fact, with the economy the way it is and so many people being laid off, you are at risk of having your visa cancelled at any moment, and you would have to go home immediately, pg or not. Given the economy and your temporary work status, it would be extremely unwise to get pg now. Wait until you get home. Or have you already made that mistake? Bad timing. |
