If you're both not from the US or aren't US citizens, you both should have US Visas issued to you, marrying is not a problem there but it won't make you citizens.

What do you mean after you met her ? Anyways if she is from the U.S then sure. If she isn't she will need a passport. And yes you can marry her here.

I believe it is a very long and drawn out process where it will take 10 years plus in order to complete. In that time I think she can stay here with you, but you have to be married for 10 years in order for her or you to become a citizen.

Not without a visa. And one of you must be a U.S. citizen. You had better check it out with the authorities. They no longer take kindly to that type of "travel".

if she is not a green card holder then yes she can travel to the U.s. by getting an B-2 vistors visa. Yes you can marry here. THe issue is that a vistor isn't suppose to have an intent to immigrate. the 2 of you marrying shows she has an intent to stay. B-2s are to vist and leave. You are taking a really big risk this route. if you file i would say don't file for travel authorization I-131 as this is going to give flags to immigration sooner. THere will be a lot of questions you will need to show evidence that she came with no intent to stay and things happened. you willalso need to marry nefore her visa is up or else she is illegal another set of issues,

YOu can try the K visa which is a fiance visa. you must show docuementation of a relations such as photos, phone records, emails, family interaciton, cards, document your relationship well. You file the I-129F after that is approved your fiancee entres the US with intent for you 2 to marry within 90 days. When she comes over you mary, you file I-130 petition for family, I-485 application to adjust, I-131 travel authorization, I -765 employment authorization. Also you need to pay and additonal fee of $80 for biometrics(fingerprinting). Go to www.uscis.gov and go to the form tabs on the top of the page. there is a list of forms to dowload instructions on filing them out and the fees. She can then stay with you legally as she tavels, works and the green card is pending.

The i-129F takes months (dependign on her country) and the I-130/I-485 takes about a year.

If you are a green card holder I would sugest consulate procesing. Which you file the I-130 telling which country for her to process through. the National visa center in the U.s. works with you sending you docuements and instructions and then workign with the u.s embass/consulate in her country set up a visa interview and she gets her greencardmailed to her when she comes up and goes through the customs. the fees are based on each country for the consulate processing. this takes longer depedning on the country. It may take months to a few years.
