Can I acquire the british nationality if my grandfather was british?

I am saudi, but my grandfather was british and he acquired the saudi nationality, which was given to my father, then myself.
I want to acquire the british nationality, Is that possible?

Why would you want to acquire a british nationality? Most brits are trying to escape this country now, by emigrating. This country is not the same anymore, the government has wasted away the little culture we had left. The freedom of speech has been taken away from the british people.
To think of it you would be at home here, it's turning into a muslim state.

NO. Your grandfather would have been a British citizen "otherwise than by descent". Your father would have been a British citizen "by descent".
Unfortunately a British citizen by descent can not pass on British citizenship. (My father was a British citizen by descent so although I have US and Irish citizenship[from my mother] but I do not have British citizenship)
