Can I apply for Re-Entry visa in U.S?

I'm currently residing in Asia. I would like to visit U.S for two weeks. Then I will have to come back to Asia for my exams. I'm currently holding a single entry visa B2. After my exam, I would like to visit there again while waiting for my result. So duing my visit in U.S, can I apply for re-entry visa for my next visit? And how? Thanks.
