I am in urgent and I need visit visa for US

When I check on VFS site for interview date, it just asking to wait

So what is the solutions or no solution

Its very important for me to go US now, Please help me to get correct information

No, you can't just show up at the consulate in Chennai and expect to apply for a visa. You must go through the normal appointment and application process.

Even if your case involves a genuine emergency - the death or serious illness of a close relative in the US - you must follow the prescribed process:
