Can I get my K3 VISA the same day as the interview?

Hi there, I have a dilemma.
For months while applying for K3 VISA me and my Husband had decided to take the cruise ship cunard back from London to America to celebrate after I got the VISA.
I finally got my interview date, but its ONE day before the ship leaves, there's enough time time for us to drive down from London to the port, but only if I can get my VISA issued on the same day or early the day after.
Obviously we'd just book another ship date at a more convenient time, but it's the LAST ship of the season going from the UK to the US :( I'm so upset, what should I do? We've been waiting over a year for this VISA, and this little cruise was the only happy thing i've had to look forward to, and now I'm worried it's ruined.

No. Once all the paperwork is completed - that takes up to 4-6 weeks after the interview in some cases - it will take another 2-3 days to glue the actual visa in your passport. There is no way you will get the visa on the same day you have your interview.
