im goin thru the process to get my wife in canada. im 100% canadian born here. shes there and im here but i wanna go back there pronto. she finished her part and sent them to me and that leaves only the rest of my part of the papers. but im not good at doin it alone. after i go back to peru would it be ok to mail off the sponsorship papers to the case processing center in missassauga from peru? if i cant be there and send it it would look like she sent it. does it matter where u send it from? cuz when i go back i will be there long and by that time all of her documents supplemented will have expired. i will not go back to canada to finish it... if i go back to canada it will be to go back to start from scatch and i dont wanna do that, she did everything and theres a million things she did that cant be duplicated. well i will just send it from peru i guess cuz i will not have my parents looking at these private papers when i am in another country. they want to help but only on the condition they stick their nose in everything and that is not acceptable, they should know better than to violate the privacy.

Once the all forms are properly filled out and all supporting documents are gathered, you must send the complete application kit to the Case Processing Centre.
Case Processing Centre – Mississauga
P.O. Box 3000, Station A
Mississauga, Ontario L5A 4N6
If you do not send the sponsorship and immigration applications together or these are not completed correctly, the Case Processing Centre will not process them. They will return the applications to you (the sponsor.)
So I guess, you may send the application kit from Peru. It never said anything about having to be sent here in Canada. Word of caution though. Just in case they need to return these documents for whatever reason, they will send it to your residence in Canada. Now you are not there. But this is just a thought. |
