i am malaysian staying here in sweden (for 3 yrs. now) with my 6 kids (17,16,14,13,11,10) from my late malaysian husband.And 2 sons (twin 2y.o) from my swedish live-in before..we are not married.He also didnt sign for my paper for me to stay here in sweden since last year(already xpired)..Can I or we still stay or live here and get the benefits from the gov.?All my kids from my late husband is free in school here and Im also getting 3x support (money) from the gov. for my 2sons from my stupid swedish live-in and 1 more xtra money for they dont have father(were not married).My twin have swedish passport.Will it help?Can I also bring the twin in malaysia with their swed.passport w/o the father sign?I dont know what will may happen to all of us here...PLS..HELP!!!!

Malaysian passport.my resident paper was expired last year,He used to sign it for me in able to stay here bec. were not married and now He dont want to sign it.Can i still stay here for i have sons from a swed.?Will the swedish government can help me or throw us away?? Or if worst get worst will force to go back to malaysia?how about my twin that have swedish passport,can I take them?Coz i dont want to give them to the stupid father,anyway the stupid father is not here in swed.for a long time, he want to get my son and will not come back in sweden..

what sort of visa do you have right now? do you have residency or not?
before you leave Sweden make sure you have the right to return to Sweden, come back to your question if you wish?
since the children have their father's name, you need his approval first before taking them out of the country...........it is the law.
ps: so ? you are in an illegal status right now?
you need to find a free attorney or some help, be careful that you do not get thrown out and your children will stay with him without you?
