The forms you filled out usually tells you if you can mail them or not. The form will say something like "or mail to" or "apply /submit in person to" then they give the address.

If it doesn't say anything like that, call the US Embassy and ask them what to do.

You must apply for this in person. You must swear to it's accuracy in front of an American consular officer.

you do anything. There's usually an inform-
ation desk for that in all embassies or you
can write them a letter with the questions.
