Renewing German passports in Jordan

Are you a permanent resident in Jordan? Do you plan on being in Jordan for a long period of time? If so, I think you may be able to. If not, they may issue an emergency passport, only for travel back to Germany. Not positive though. You should contact your embassy in Amman.
