Do you think they are eligible to play the lottery ?

If they are , how will they go about getting thier GREENCARD ?

It must be tough for them , yer , I know ...

Applications for the Diversity Visa program may be submitted from the United States. Foreign nationals legally in the US who are selected for the program may then apply to adjust their status to Legal Permanent Resident. However, you would not be permitted to adjust your status if you were in the US illegally.
