Can me and my husband apply for the US green card lottery at the same time?

We're both from two of the qualified countries to apply for the green card and living and studying in the US. We're wondering if both of us can apply for the green car by stating myself as a primary applicant when I do it; and my husband stating himself as the primary when he applies for it.

Yes you can. This way you double your chances instead of submitting as one applicant (with spouse) and having one chance.
