Can someone tell me please: I've been refused a student visa, can I still enter the UK?? HOW?Do I need a visa?

as explained above: I've been refused a student visa for UK, I'm a Croatian citizen, & we DON"T need visas to enter UK. But as my student visa has been refused do I still need a visa to enter?? Which visa should I claim??

Best thing to do in order to get 100% correct info is to give the British Embassy in Croatia a ring. That way you can be sure the info you get is correct and won't lead to problems in the future
